Terms of Service

Welcome to PrettyLazy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://prettylazy.org (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

PrettyLazy turns a photo you upload into an AI-generated “paper page.” Creating a page requires an account and consumes credits. Some features may be free, in beta, or change over time.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign in is provided through Google; keep your Google account secure. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Credits

  • Credits are consumed when you start a generation and are refunded automatically if a generation fails.
  • Gift or promotional credits may expire (for example, sign-up credits expire 90 days after they are granted).
  • Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or redeemable for money, except where required by law.
  • We may adjust credit costs and limits; changes apply to future generations.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • upload only photos you own or have permission to use, and not upload images of other people without their consent;
  • not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content;
  • not attempt to bypass credit costs, rate limits, or abuse-prevention measures;
  • not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content and generated pages

  • You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process your photo and produce your page (including sending it to our AI provider for rendering).
  • You own the pages you generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • Your generations are private by default. We will not publish them publicly without your permission.

AI-generated content

Results are produced by AI and will vary. We do not guarantee that any result will meet your expectations, be free of artifacts, or be suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated images.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or fit for any purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
