Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://prettylazy.org (the “Service”). PrettyLazy sells one-time credit packs; credits are consumed to generate artworks. We do not sell subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel — this policy is only about credit pack purchases.

14-day refund for unused packs

If you purchased a credit pack and none of its credits have been used, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. Email us (address below) from the email associated with your account, and include the approximate purchase date or the receipt Stripe sent you.

Once any credit from a pack has been consumed by a generation, the pack is considered used and is no longer refundable. We keep it simple on purpose: either the pack is untouched and you get all your money back, or you have started using it and it is yours.

Failed generations

You never pay for failures. If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are returned to your account automatically — no request needed. This is separate from refunds and applies at all times.

What is not covered

  • Result quality or taste. AI generation is interpretive: the same photo produces different artworks on different runs. Not liking a particular result is not grounds for a refund — regenerating with the same photo is usually the fastest fix, and free sign-up credits exist precisely so you can judge the style before paying.
  • Used or partially used packs, as described above.
  • Gift and promotional credits (sign-up bonuses, first-purchase bonuses). They have no cash value and are not refundable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the credits granted by that purchase are removed from your account.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer — we resolve genuine mistakes quickly. When a chargeback or dispute is opened, the credits from the disputed purchase are frozen while it is investigated.

Note for EU/UK customers

Credits are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once you begin using the credits. Until you use them, the refund window above applies — which matches what the law requires.
