Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

Welcome to PrettyLazy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use https://prettylazy.org (the “Service”). PrettyLazy turns a photo you upload into a designed “paper page” using AI image generation.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile image. We store these to identify your account and show them back to you.
  • Photos you upload. The photo you choose is uploaded to our storage so it can be processed into a generated page. See “How your photos are used” below.
  • Generated pages. The images we create for you are stored so they appear in your generation history.
  • Credits and usage. We record your credit balance and each generation (its status, the style and options you chose, and timestamps).
  • Technical and abuse-prevention data. We record the IP address used at sign-up and keep short-lived counters to limit automated abuse and enforce fair-use limits.
  • Cookies. We use a required session cookie to keep you signed in. If analytics is enabled, additional cookies are used only after you consent (see “Analytics”).

How your photos are used

  • Your uploaded photo is used only to generate the page you requested.
  • To create the result, your photo and a generated instruction prompt are sent to a third-party AI image-generation provider that performs the rendering on our behalf. We send only what is needed to produce your image.
  • We do not use your photos or generated images to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
  • Retention. Uploaded originals are kept only as long as needed to generate your page and are automatically deleted within 7 days. Generated pages are stored for 90 days and then deleted automatically; download the ones you want to keep. You can also delete a generation earlier yourself, which removes its stored files.

Third parties we rely on

  • Google — sign-in (authentication).
  • Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and network security.
  • A third-party AI image-generation provider — renders your page from your photo.
  • Analytics provider — only if analytics is enabled and you have consented.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes.

Analytics

Analytics is off unless a measurement ID is configured. When enabled, a privacy-oriented analytics tool records aggregate usage (such as page views and generation steps) to help us improve the Service. It runs only after you accept the cookie consent banner, and you can decline or withdraw consent at any time from the footer.

Advertising

We do not serve third-party advertising today. If that changes, we will update this policy and the consent banner before any advertising cookies are used.

Your choices

  • Access and deletion. You can delete individual generations from your account. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
  • Consent. You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time.
  • Sign-out. You can sign out from the sidebar to end your session.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
